We have received a maintenance notice. Please take note that all times are in GMT +0 we are GMT+8
Tuesday 15th April 01:00 – 05:00
We will be migrating transit and peering feeds for our bgp network from our existing routers to our new routing platform; this will be done on a one by one basis so no outage should be observed. There will be some short periods of routing instability whilst this work is performed.
Friday 18th April 01:00 – 06:00
We will be migrating BGP customer sessions from our existing routers to our new routing platform, sessions will be closed cleanly and then reopened on the new router. Customers who have a single BGP session with AS29550 will suffer an outage period. We are happy to configure secondary sessions to avoid this outage, please open a ticket requesting this. We will also be decommissioning the first of our three existing routers. This will only affect BGP routed customers, not statically routed customers.
Tuesday 22nd April 01:00 – 06:00
We will be migrating routed (static IP) customer from our existing routers to our new routing platform, vlans will be closed and then reopened on the new router. Customers will experience a short outage, of approximately 5 minutes. We will then be decommissioning the last two existing routers from the network. Customers who have two or more default gateways will see an outage on each vlan, but at different times.
