Network interruption with UK1 and BolehRoute servers

Update: Service has been restored to normal as of 2:48 AM GMT +8 29 December

We are experiencing some issues with our UK1 and BolehRoute servers that seems to be a host related issue. We have opened a support ticket and this what they have to say:

Dear Sir,

Our network team are working hard to fix this issue. They are updating our status page every fifteen minutes with their findings and an ETA.

I will now close this ticket, but please rest assured that we are working hard to fix the issue and ensure your servers are up and running without delay. Please feel free to re-open once the status website states that the network is running as normal if you are still having problems.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Will keep you updated as soon as we hear from them.

    Further updates:

    We appear to be suffering from issues with our internal routers forwarding multicast traffic to each other. Our engineers are on site and will be trying a suggested fix within the next 15 minutes. We will update you once this has been completed.

    Further updates from the host:

    Testing has now confirmed this issue to be related to OSPF and iBGP traffic between our routers in BlueSquare 2 and 3. We are currently working to isolate the traffic that is causing this issue. Connectivity has been restored to a normal level for most customers in BlueSquare 2, and we are now working on BlueSquare 3 based servers.

    Restoration to UK1 servers are almost complete and should be functioning again.

    BolehRoute is expected to be up in about half an hour or so.
