False Paypal Chargebacks

We have received a notification that one of our customers using Paypal has filed a chargeback claim on us.

We are resisting this and will not tolerate this behavior and will do all that we can to resist your refund and even blacklist your account for false claims:

Dear Paypal,

I believe this chargeback is fraudulent and oppose it strongly. Please resist this refund.

Below is the subscription e-mail we sent to outback@kittymail.com on the 8 January 2008. I have removed the attachment that contains security keys that gives access to our service though I can attach this if required.

We also note that the name lantui lanchan is actually a Hokkien Chinese swear word instead of a real name.

We have received NO complaints from this particular individual and NO indication that the keys were not released. Furthermore, the keys were delivered promptly without issue as with several hundreds of customers without any issues.

Regards,
Reuben

If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Knowing Paypal, they’ll take the chargeback, DISABLE his account, and keep the money for themselves.
