Order paid but still no access

Dear Bolehvpn team,

I have made the payment via RHB online (8th June) for 60days package but my profile states that I have 1 unpaid order.
I'm basically wish to renew my subscription after it expired a while ago.

Money has already deducted from my acount according to RHB transaction history.
Kindly assist.

I noticed the payment but it is marked as failed and we don't have the money atm. It should be returned to your account in a day or two by the payment gateway provider.
