If you wish us to look into your computer:

1) Ensure you have done the Speed Troubleshooting guide and read the Installation Guide again
2) Go to http://www.logmein.com
3) Click on Get LogmeinFree
4) Sign up for it, and when you are done creating the account, remember to click Add Computer
5) Once the installation on your computer is done, pm me with your details.
6) Please be ready to provide your

LogmeIn Username (usually an e-mail address):
Logmein Password:
Computer Access Code (if set):
Windows Login/Password (if no computer access code):

MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE EVERY SINGLE ONE. TOO MANY TIMES PPL DON'T GIVE ME THE RIGHT PASSWORD OR NO WINDOWS/LOGIN OR ACCESS CODE.

Due to frequent abuse:

We will now be charging fees on this if it is NOT related to a VPN issue and is a result of an OS problem or a problem dealt with in the FAQs. I suggest you double check your settings very carefully and go through the FAQs if you want us to look into your computer.

We are NOT obliged to look into your computer.

Fees will also be charged if the problem was a result of NOT reading the installation instructions carefully.

Upon identification:
OS/Software Issue: RM20-RM50
Hardware Issue: Not within our scope.
Did not read the installation instructions: RM10-20
Issues which are dealt with in the FAQs: RM10-20
Issues which are related to our VPN: Free
Streamyx Issue: RM0-RM10
If problem not solved: Free

These fees may or may not be waived upon our discretion but requests to waive will not be entertained.

Please note that if these fees are not paid after repairs have been done, your account will be terminated and you will be blacklisted.
