And poor Malaysians:

Keynote said its measurement agents in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan noticed only very brief interruptions. But the company did note a significant slowdown in Singapore and nearby Malaysia, which it said was the worst affected in the region.

In other news, the host of the DC-1 servers which have had less than ideal routing on certain IP ranges are now looking into establishing a private peering that would hopefully alleviate some of the issues faced on these servers.

There was a fault in one of our scripts that issued the wrong configuration out over the past 2-3 days or so and was only noticed today.

This affects two configs:
a) PrivateTracker-US.ovpn
b) PrivateTracker-UK2.ovpn

The correct files can be obtained from our forums here.

If you get an error message stating that the board is inaccessible to you, you may have to Apply For Support Access first.

Apologies for the delay in keys and support this morning as I was involved in a major car accident which my car was totalled. I escaped with a few bruises and a small cut. Many thanks for all the well wishes.
