The US HTTP proxy server is undergoing reconfiguration due to some issues. We will post an update when we complete the reconfiguration.

There will be a slight delay in account processing due to massive flooding in our area which has resulted in some logistics problems

We are performing some OS upgrades on our VPN servers and this will result in some brief downtime on each server till all the servers are updated.

Crysis is now undergoing upgrade at the time of this blog post.

Our new US server will be deployed soon and will be configured as a purely http proxy for non-p2p purposes like surfing, security-conscious people or accessing US-only content.

This will replace Mohawk.

Mohawk is undergoing some brief maintenance and we expect it to be up sometime this evening.

Update: Service has been restored to normal as of 2:48 AM GMT +8 29 December

We are experiencing some issues with our UK1 and BolehRoute servers that seems to be a host related issue. We have opened a support ticket and this what they have to say:

Dear Sir,

Our network team are working hard to fix this issue. They are updating our status page every fifteen minutes with their findings and an ETA.

I will now close this ticket, but please rest assured that we are working hard to fix the issue and ensure your servers are up and running without delay. Please feel free to re-open once the status website states that the network is running as normal if you are still having problems.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
