Unfortunately it looks like the power outage in the Luxembourg datacenter due to their UPS blowout has resulted in some serious problems with the Colossus server. In the worst case scenario we would have to reinstall the entire server. We are working to see if we can recover the data if possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated on further developments.

Update: We expect the downtime to be 24 hours at least. We will edit your expiries accordingly with a credit of 2 days. We expect to be unable to recover the downloaded files as well as the HDD may be totally gone.

There has been a problem with the new SB2 (server ending with 135) which will be undergoing maintenance tonight. This maintenance will take about an hour and may result in lost files. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

In order to further optimize Colossus (I believe all GUI seedboxes are in here) in line with the new seedbox packages, maintenance needs to be performed tomorrow at 5th Jan. We expect the downtime to take no longer than 4 hours.

Crysis under the PrivateTracker config after about a year of unattended running is now undergoing maintenance. We will update you when this is completed.

Canada/Commanche server under the Private Tracker configuration is currently under maintenance.

We do not see any interruption of service but it may take a while longer for you to get connected to the PrivateTracker configuration.

We expect the server to be up within the next 2 days.

Update 2 December 2009: Server is still down as it appears there are some hardware issues.
