Our Hong Kong server is currently down due to a rare electrical failure at the hosting datacentre. Hopefully it will be restored soon, we’ll keep you updated on the situation.
Update 20 November 2012: After numerous delays, we have been delivered the server back and are in the process of bringing it back up. It should be back up sometime today. Update: and it is up!

You really should consider implementing a real-time network server status page such as ping / bandwidth utilization etc. This already had been implemented by some of your rivals. I won’t name names but you get the idea.
