Have they actually repair the cable in the 1st place? Been having slowdown since early Oct till now.

I agree with JR… are they actually repairing the cable? Looks like every single year there will be an issue. How come other telco dont face this issue…well its 1st Dec 2011. Any idea when the link will be up?
