Swiss server will be upgraded on the 30th September 2011 and therefore we’ll bringing some of our backup servers into the configurations temporarily to spread the load until the upgrade is completed.
Updated config files will be available early tomorrow.

that’s mean the proxied all connection is unable to connect?
