Clarification on IPT Password

There’s been quite a few queries mainly coming from:

  1. Customers who are unhappy with the current IPT password delivery system
  2. Customers who are on the old manual system and have not migrated to the new system
  3. Seedbox customers
  4. Customers who simply have no clue

First of all, we have previously delivered the IPT password via e-mail but this was in our experience unreliable as many of these mails went to spam, and got lost and everytime we changed our pass we would be flooded with a deluge of e-mails asking for a resend. Doing it via the panel is automatic and for those who are properly registered with the panel system, it is easy and painless.

For our customers still on the old system we will make sure we send the IPT password to your e-mail address in the next few minutes. Registration on the new system is not automatic unfortunately so you would have to register yourself there and let us know your expiry and we will adjust your package accordingly. This is not compulsory however until you have to renew.

Seedbox customers including those with the VPN bundle are actually not entitled to the free IPT password to prevent people from leeching from the IPT account and seeding it on their own personal accounts. We have however in the past, gave many of our seedbox customers this password to reward their loyalty but this is not automatic and should be requested from us.

For the customers who don’t have a clue, just login into your panel and if you’re an active and full subscriber, you should be able to view the Bonus section which has the details.

BolehVPN-GUI 64 bit compatibility added

We noticed those on 64 bit systems having problems with the TAP installation and have released a new version that should fix this. Version still stays at 0.2.1 since besides the TAP installation nothing has changed.

It is available here.

BolehVPN v0.2.0 Released with Bug Fixes and Updated OpenVPN

We noticed some bugs in the previous release and now have released a new version which hopefully fixes these issues. You can download it from our installation page.

Please let us know your feedback!

Btw there is a slight misspelling error where “configuration” is spelt as “configration” which we will fix in the next release.

Changelog:

  • Updated OpenVPN version to v.2.2.0
  • Bug fix for TAP-adapter installation error
  • Bug fix for Win7/Vista escalation to Admin privileges issue

If you’re upgrading from a previous version, please do the following:

  1. Uninstall previous versions of BolehVPN-GUI and also OpenVPN
  2. Go into Program Files and delete the OpenVPN and BolehVPN folders
  3. Reboot your computer
  4. Install the new BolehVPN v0.2.0. Halfway through the installation it should prompt for a TAP adapter installation. I tested this on Win 7 with no issues.

Group Robot Dance by the Genki Sudo

Amazing choreography in my opinion! Especially like the end bits where their movements look like circuit boards communicating:

Check out their other videos too which have their trademark robot dancing :D

Interestingly, Genki Sudo is also a pretty awesome MMA fighter :P

BolehVPN-GUI v0.1.9 Release Candidate Released

For those of you on the old version, you may have noticed that updating configuration doesn’t work anymore. This is due to the implementation of additional security settings and the new GUI should work with the panel now.

Please find the revised BolehVPN-GUI v0.1.9 Release Candidate here.

This is a Release Candidate. Pics are still missing as my graphic designer had a family emergency to take care of. God bless.

There will be a feature lockdown and we’ll be only looking for comments on bugs so please post your findings in the comments section!

L2TP/IPSec VPN Beta Launched, Feedback sought

L2TP/IPSEC VPN FOR MOBILE DEVICES

We are opening testing of this L2TP/IPSEC VPN to our users.

This service is geared more towards mobile devices such as IPhones/IPads and Android devices where you wish to secure your surfing or appear from a different location though it should also work on Desktops (though we still feel OpenVPN is superior for desktop/laptop scenarios).

Currently the L2TP server is located in Luxembourg but we plan to include a US server as well.

To set this up, please follow the following guides depending on OS here.

Please post your feedback in the comments section! We have spent a lot of time and resources developing this and need to know whether users will be interested in such an option! Thanks!
