One of the Swiss servers has been added to the PrivateTracker configuration. We are debating on adding the 2nd Swiss server to the BolehRoute configuration and will update you when we have decided.
The easiest way to update this is to browse to your OpenVPN config folder (usually in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config) and double click on PrivateTracker.ovpn.
Locate the line that says
remote avatar.bolehvpn.net 443
and below that paste the following lines:
# Swiss1 (Switzerland)
remote swiss1.bolehvpn.net 443
As such the whole server list will look like this:
# Server List
# Handhaven (Netherlands)
remote handhaven.bolehvpn.net 443
# Crysis (UK)
remote crysis.bolehvpn.net 443
# Avatar (Netherlands)
remote avatar.bolehvpn.net 443
# Swiss1 (Switzerland)
remote swiss1.bolehvpn.net 443
Save the file and you’re done!

Hi,
I wonder if you can help with a quick (stupid) question.
My server list is currently:
# Server List
# Gurren Lagann (LUX)
remote gurren.bolehvpn.net 443
# Mystic (LUX)
remote mystic.bolehvpn.net 443
# Bolehfiles (LUX)
remote bolehfiles.bolehvpn.net 443
# Comanche (CANADA)
remote comanche.bolehvpn.net 443
# Navajo (LUX)
remote navajo.bolehvpn.net 443
Should I change all of them?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Those of us on Macs -Is there a different string of data we need to enter to hook up with your new Swiss server?
It would appear that the informative email I received earlier was for PC folks only and that the number string was for them only vis a vis their updating to a new version of utorrent for windows. What would those of us on Macs do to enjoy the Swiss server via Private Tracker?
Lastly, Any intell if our utorrent version 1.0.2 leaks privacy information?
Thanks from New Orleans!

Hi Jonathan,
That’s your publictracker config not your PrivateTracker one, it’s missing one server which is
#Netherland
remote nl3.bolehvpn.net 443
Just copy and paste this beneath Navajo and then save your config file. In future, you can visit http://www.bolehvpn.net/forum/index.php/topic,820.0.html for the latest config files, please note that you need an account on our forums and need to have applied for support access before you’ll be able to access that page.

Hi Bess!
Exact same number string inside PrivateTracker.ovpn.
I’ll dbl check on the utorrent mac version (don’t have a mac handy). It has socks proxy support?
What config r u using? If you’re using BolehRoute, everything goes through the vpn regardless. The bug is for those using the socks proxy configs Privatetracker/Publictracker.

Well utorrent 1.0.2 has no socks proxy support so u can’t use it on the proxied setups PublicTracker/PrivateTracker. As such u would have to use it with BolehRoute.
If you want to use the proxied configurations your only choice right now is Vuze/Azureus.

tried this new server got utorrent reported: no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. This error happened to all torrents from IPT and HDT. Disconnected and reconnected to other servers i.e. gustav and the error went away immediately.
