New Full Time Support/Sales Staff
We have just engaged a new support staff. Meet Tiff! She’ll be attending support queries throughout the day and will be manning live chat from 12 pm onwards till about 7pm but she will continue to answer e-mail queries. She is quite new so please bear with her if she does not know the answer straight off. She will duly inform me and will revert to you for sure.
