There has been several cable outages most notably APCN2 again that was damaged by Typhoon Morako that is affecting the region.
This has resulted in immense congestion in the SE Asian region with international connectivity being extremely patchy.
Repairs to the APCN2 cable are expected to be completed by late 13 August.
Boy I’m glad I don’t play WoW anymore…
