We notice that many of our customers are still on our old configurations and cramming up the old servers while the new servers remain unutilized. If you have updated within the past month or so, you should have the latest configuration files.
Please update your configuration files by registering for our support forums if you haven’t done so, applying for support access if you haven’t done so and then going to this link.

I’ve tried downloading your files and following your installation. But I’m using a macintosh.

but i’m not sure what you mean about the IDIDNOTCHANGEMYUSERNAME config file.

It’s not a config, u just have to open the config and change the words inside there to correspond to your username
