A new Canadian server has been added to our configurations.

We have now added a Canadian 50 mbit dedicated server and an additional Swedish server into our configurations which further diversifies our server mix.

An early Chinese New Year present to our Chinese customers (though other customers benefit too ) !

Please take note that we are separating our e-mails between Support and Sales so that we may deal with them more promptly and is a first step towards streamlining our business. We also have some developments in the pipeline that are already underway and we will reveal them over the next few weeks.

IPT is experiencing some issues and the staff are aware of it and are currently in the process of rectifying the issue so you may experience tracker errors while using IPT.

No ETA has been given but we don’t expect this to result in any extended downtime.

Update: As of 22 January 2009, we believe this issue to be resolved.

We have a suspected failure on BolehGame and the datacenter did not allow us to enter out of office hours so we will only be able to carry out repairs tomorrow. We expect repairs and any upgrades to be completed latest Thursday afternoon.

Update: As of 21 January evening, all services on this server have been restored.

The US server has now been successfully reconfigured to surf Hulu properly now

It is now a fully routed VPN meaning you don’t have to use a HTTP proxy anymore and just simply connect to it and you’re going through the VPN already!

Please note that when you are done browsing, you should disconnect from the VPN as to prevent abuse we have designed this server to restrict unknown protocols so it might block some of your programs. We have however opened the ports required for MSN, Yahoo or Googletalk which should automatically go through the VPN as well.
